Hi, I’m Cheryl Ann.
I’m an event strategist, community builder, and the founder of The Human Mountain Connection.
I believe life’s most transformative moments happen when we challenge ourselves, step beyond comfort zones, and connect deeply—with nature, with others, and with ourselves.

My Background
After moving from the Ozarks to the wild, rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest, I found healing and purpose through trail running, scuba diving, storytelling, and community building. While exploring North America’s most breathtaking landscapes—I aim to inspire others to live fully and intentionally.
As an event strategist with a master’s in public health, I’ve strategically coordinated hundreds of events—from statewide public health campaigns and wellness workshops to community meetups and outdoor gatherings—all designed to foster collaboration, well-being, and belonging.
What I Do
I partner with businesses to create experiences that strengthen connection and build communities where people feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger. Through strategy, design, and execution, we create opportunities for people to come together in authentic, lasting ways—whether through live events, wellness pop-ups, community meetups, or creative networking nights.
In a time when loneliness and disconnection are at an all-time high, my goal is simple: to help transform gatherings into communities and ideas into shared purpose—building environments that don’t just host people, but heal and unite them.
My Mission
My mission is clear: to empower others to find connection, courage, and meaning in their own journeys—making every event feel intentional, meaningful, and memorable.
Let’s rise together.
